Perhaps it wasn't that altruistic a wish, but nonetheless, Santa delivers yet again!
Was this caption inspired by the first snowstorm of the year here in New England? It'd be a great story if it was, but alas, I wrote it a few weeks ago, as the 2nd Xmas caption. Plus for that storm, I wasn't lonely, as the GF was staying over. We didn't even need to shovel, though I did clean the snow off her SUV. Chivalry isn't dead!
But I have been lonely for Christmas before, specifically the 2020 covid year, as my forever person had died earlier that year, and every was very isolated. I hope that everyone reading this blog has family and/or friends to spend some quality time with during the holidays. And that you have a bit of freedom to check in with my blog every day for a fresh new Christmas caption.
