Are you a fan of the ahegao face? If so, what is it about that look that appeals to you?

Well, this one is REALLY fresh, as I've just completed it and it'll be going up in about 5 minutes. I've seen a lot of the ahegao face online, where the woman has crossed eyes, tongue sticking out and possibly drooling, and flushed cheeks. I'm not really a fan, but it has become a bit of a thing.
Well, I saw this image and thought, "well, maybe they haven't gotten the hang of that facial expression yet, and thought it'd make a good quickie caption. I think the look she's giving is very much one of confusion, almost in a trance, so yeah, it could definitely be a former guy that is just getting overwhelmed with the sensations his new body is giving him .. or her.
This caption is not one that should be pondered over. Just read it, enjoy and move on. But the deeper thought is this .. What do you think the 1st few orgasms in a different gendered body would feel like? How about the lead up to that orgasm .. what is different and how overwhelming would it be? Regardless of whether you usually are dominant or submissive, which mindset do you think you'd be in afterwards? Please let us all know below .. it's an interesting thought experiment I think!
