Miss Mentia Has a Inclination!

It ended up being a much sweeter tale than I had originally planned.

It was just one of those days where I was online looking for something to inspire me into something I could craft into a caption, and this image managed to say something to me .. mainly about how short the girl in the chair was .. and I liked that contrast between who she was now, and how much taller she probably was before the magic.

Then, I thought, well maybe it's my mom and she's always punishing me with this chore in helping her with her dance troop .. and I have a friend that decides that it's actually a pretty cool "punishment". Once I had that in mind, I thought it'd work well with a longtime friend of mine from the Haven, Totalditz.

And there could have been some humiliation or compulsions added at the end, but hey, it's Ashlee; and I wanted to lean into the "Mother always knows intuition," trope .. so having my mom know exactly which one of my friends was more into femininity seemed like a good way to end it. Hey, maybe Ma Mentia will be the caring, helpful "auntie" that Ashlee needs to figure out her own life and get the support she needs? I hope so!

I am going to try to post something over Memorial Day Weekend. Nothing planned or set in stone, but I'd like to keep busy, and maybe whipping up a caption might fit that bill. Anyone have exciting plans for the long weekend? Tell us below!

I have no problems with the band Ratt. Really good hair band that understood there needed to be songs underneath the flash. I will listen to the "Best of" at least once a year, and the tunes are still fresh!
