The Lengths We Go .. for Frilly Freedoms

This one went dark .. but not in a way you might think. C'mon inside and have a look!

Originally I was looking at slips / lingerie pictures from the 30+ years ago to use with this idea I had for Lacy, but honestly, none of what I found was of high enough quality to put into a caption format. The resolution was pretty terrible, and even though putting her in 80's hair and makeup (and 80's bush too!) would have been lots of fun, captions are still a visual medium .. so perhaps you can just imagine this story with some mental images instead.

And the darkness .. well that is because the whole Roe v Wade, and the extreme right-wing agenda or removing freedoms we had already gained, seems to be unrelenting, mostly because the ones that keep pushing, don't think about the actual people they are ruling against. It's just ideology to them .. a statistic.

The people with the "boots on the ground" understand that when you see what that blind ideology does to Stacy and Mary, and Bill, Conor, and Jimmy, as well as Jamie .. and those who don't even have real skin in the game.

Voters need to stand up for decency, regardless of party. When it's more about "owning the libs" than getting good candidates, the system is going to suffer. It already has, and will continue to do so. And I'm sick of the dems giving us some wishy-washy candidates that won't bring the fight back to those who try to give in to foreign interests that want to bring fascism to our shores.

OK, enough of that for the weekend. What do you all think about time-travel in TG captions? Does it work for the most part? Or would you rather see current themed captions? Which would interest you more .. going back to the past, or onward to the future!
