More Than One Way to Skin .. I Mean, Paint a Fence! Plus a Special Offer!

Who knew that Mark Twain could inspire a TG caption not involving frogs in any way? Not me!

I saw the model and thought of Huck and Tom and Becky .. and my mind was off to the races, though I only sort of used the essence of the story in this caption. Didn't that picture make you think of Mark Twain? OK, well apparently I'm weird but you already fucking new that!

And I used a bit of repetition to drive the story forward, then switched up and went full force on the opposite term. I assume there is some sort of literary term for that (especially within the poetic form) but I haven't a clue what they call it personally. Then a last recall of the original word to cement everything nicely. Joanna? Could you tell us about what I'm talking about?

I've made a few captions over the weekend, all in the newer style. I have a few older ones to offer that didn't necessarily have a recipient back when I made them during the sabbatical. I've asked if people had ideas on how to distribute them and had no takers. So I am going to list a few with really short recaps, and if you want to star in one, pick the letter for the caption you wish to receive, and of course, your male name and changed female name in case I need it. If more than one person asks for the same one, Perhaps I'll be generous and make one for each one that wants it. The main thing is I'd like to clear some of these out.

(a) wearing pantyhose but not necessarily liking it, or protesting too much about not liking it?

(b) Belladonna type story, aka forced office cross-dressing.

(c) former boss to busty secretary aka another Belladonna type story but magic.

(d) Substitute teacher to most likely a student?

(e) picture is very Lacysliplover type but a full change of gender for a certain reason, so I didn't give it to her, as she prefers crossdressing.

(f) potpourri category. I find something else and you end up in a totally random caption!

I'll post them in some semblance of order, perhaps one at a time, or maybe in a grouping. So get commenting! My loss is your gain, or something like that!

  3. I loved the cap Dee....Twain has always been a favorite of mine...and to be honest with you....seeing the picture almost immediately reminded me of that devious little Tom Sawyer.....sigh....such a bad boy....how I wish I could have been Becky...
I'm not going to ask to be in a cap....but I'll tell you I've got a trip to see my analyst coming up soon....

    1. I will be looking forward to it! Glad you liked the caption. It was such a playful picture that I knew I would be a good one when completed.

  4. Or, perhaps; "...young Wendy 'made' old friends in lots of 'newfangled' ways!"?

It's an entirely entertaining, funny and enticing piece of poetic license, Dee! A veritable Mistress-piece!
(And, don't trouble yourself, but if the muse/mood should strike, "F" me please. "L.J.", (or "Leonard", if you'd like), to "Elle-Jae".)

    1. So glad you see you pop by Elle! I haven't hit your blog in awhile. Been on a bit of a sabbatical if you haven't been following. Starting to get back into the flow of things now. I'll see if I have something for you in the D'archives with option F.

    2. Been too long since I've visited here, too, Dee. And, my Muse has been on vacation for some time now so, I'm not sure you'll see anything new at my place. But, I'll certainly not object to a visit! No worries on a cap, dear. Just threw in an 'IF'.

  5. Its so long since I've read the book. Is Wendy looking forward to seeing Jim?
I have been up dating my Rush collection from Vinyl to Cds just as everyone seems to be swapping back the other way. Whats all that about?

    1. Meeting "Big Boy" Jim is probably a story for another sort of TG Caption blog LOL I'm sure there are plenty of young redheads getting serviced by a large black man on a raft, right?

Kids today want the nostalgic feel of collecting "vinyls" .. ARRGGHH I hate it when they pluralize it! My guess is that weed is making a big comeback and people don't like to sort out the seeds on a CD or MP3 player!

    2. That's funny....we cleaned out so many twigs and seeds on my copy of the white album that I could probably get a pretty good buzz going just from rolling and smoking it!!!
And it's vinyl....no "s"!!! Anyone who says "vinyls" gets no sucking from me!!!

  7. I wish I knew the term! I know that there IS a term. I shall ask around and see what I can do, someone will know it! I hereby make up the term 'prosetry' to describe what you did there. It's a nifty bit of text at any rate and I, apparently, am stuck in the 1990s.

Long story short, nice image and a good cap (as if you didn't know) and I am so excited by the prospect of offering caps in which to star. Would that I had the imagination and the time to actually make my own and offer the same!

I see no one has asked for B though so I shall request B with the names Pete/Joanna because why mess with a formula?

Looking forward to seeing these. And, yeah, the font is growing on me.
