The Usual Night ... or Was It?

Sometimes it's best to stay home for the night, especially when it's where the action is happening.

This is sort of the counterpoint to the last caption I posted, so feel free to check that one out again.

And once again, it's also a person that knows what they wanted all along, and made the plans to accomplish their goals, and followed through .. to the point where there are now exactly where they want to be.

Maybe this will be an aspirational caption for you, or maybe just a fantasy. Either way .. I'm glad you are here, still dropping by and viewing what I create, regardless of how often I'm posting.

This has been a hard month for me, as the election results have not been satisfactory for many of my friends. For me, I am only worried about whether Obamacare will still be in place after 2025. For quite a few of my friends and acquaintances though, it's a referendum on their actual lifestyle .. whether they can enter a bathroom that they present as or get arrested or assaulted, what laws will be repealed that currently protected them from the more overt discrimination that happens, and the increased fervor for their very existence.

One of my friends is  currently su!c!dal and is currently hospitalized for observation. It really saddens me that people have become so hostile to those who are already underdogs in our society here in the US. Why are you fighting over the last dollar, while those in power horde the other 99, and are dividing us so we don't even notice that that last dollar is already heading to their pocket to join the other 99?

It's a bunch of narcissists that will never admit a mistake, and just deflect, deflect, deflect .. it's always another's fault. The journalists, the illegal immigrants, the liberals, the communists, the Palestinians, the Jews, the homosexu@ls, the tr@nsgendered, the unions, the scientists, the government establishment .. so whoever is next, I hope you helped those that were blamed before, because your blood will be on your own hands when the target is placed upon you.
