The Things We Shouldn't Have Said

Words are powerful. Sometimes we don't remember that until it's too late!

Made this one for Brittany7, and I hope I have finally caught up with her! The picture just spoke to me in a way that was, "I was cursed by something you said!" I know that with most women, the worst thing you can say is, "stop acting like your mother!" IF that comes out of your mouth, you know there is at least one night of sleeping on the couch, or even worse, outside with the dog! I knew I could work that into a caption, and that this was the perfect vehicle for inclusion.

For guys, being compared to a teenage girl is probably one of the worst things that could happen. In general, unless you are a teenage guy, there isn't much to be intimidated by when it comes to young women .. and as a guy you don't want to feel powerless.

So add those two together, and you get what is hopefully a fun and amusing TG caption.

DISCUSSION QUESTION: Should this blog do something special for the Christmas Season? I usually post 'holiday' captions starting a few days before Christmas, and we've done "link swap" a few years ago ... but does anyone have any thoughts on what we should do this year? Feel free to bring up ideas in the comment section!

  1. Definitely very amusing... And I know which one is more offensive to me... :) but yes, watching what we say is pivitol. But I think these too, especially briannna were lucky. I can see where "you're such a pig" would have gone. As it stands, lucky brianna

  3. Great cover by Lolita KompleX from the TaTu song.

Doing something special for Christmas Season? As I see the ballet girl in Sarah Ashley's avatar, maybe caps revolving around ballet. After all, Christmas is a season for ballet, and not only "the Nutcracker." I think it would be great to see a lot of blogs have their view on ballet, somewhere around Christmas.
