Sure Beats Cattle Mutilations!

One hell of a title for a TG caption eh?

Made this caption on Saturday for a member of the Haven, and when I reread their preferences, they wanted lesbian only plot lines. Oh well, I didn't owe them one anyway .. so I figured I would just post it here as a blog exclusive.

I came up with the idea due to how ummmm ... pointless the model's outfit is in the grand scheme of things, what with 'feathers' and the see-through wrap she's wearing. Its made for one reason, to feel and be seen as sexy. I can totally understand why someone from another planet wondered just WHY the articles of clothing are necessary to initiate an act of sexual congress. Its a garnish side to the main course of making the other person rut like a carnal pig and make goofy orgasm faces.

It can be a fixation / fetish to many in the TG realm though, since its such a feminine outfit, seductive and utterly without a dual purpose.I can't imagine anyone leaving the house dressed only in that without an armed guard.

Then again, the E.T. has found another means ... collecting DNA for his research .. and that is probably the best way to do it. Not everyone likes to be sucked up into a spaceship, stabbed with needles and hooked up to a machine. The radiation sickness isn't too much fun either, let me tell you! Well, from what I've read I mean! LOL

I'm sure most people know where the reference, " Earth's 3rd most intelligent life form," came from.

Trivia note: The female voice in the song is Kimi Wong O'Brien, ex-wife of Richard O'Brien, the creator (and Riff-Raff in the movie) of Rocky Horror Picture Show.

DISCUSSION QUESTIONS: Any other "mating rituals" we humans seem to do that might seem interesting to aliens? What about gender defined roles that we assume that aliens might want to question us about?

  1. Very well done and the title caught my eye and cracked me up. Mating ritual wise you could explore lovers lane type stuff or going out to a club to attract a mate.

    1. Well, if the title got you to look at the caption, it did its job right? LOL

  2. I always thought it would be fun to see what an 'alien' race thinks of our use of clothing. In a mating sense, we apply a special garment to attract the attention of a mate only to completely discard the garment before the actual mating takes place. I can picture them running a series of 'social norm' experiments... women dressed up as men, men dressed up as women, attracting a mate while undressed (and of course wondering why that is so effective and yet not utilized that often!). Obviously the 'men dressed up as a woman' would suit a good TG caption.

    1. I always figured that sexy clothing was sort of an extension of animals flair when aroused. You have a lion's mane, peacock's feather display, birds mating calls, etc ... an affectation to stimulate arousal in a mate.

I think the irony is that most of the flamboyant displays in the animal kingdom are from the male part of the species. In Western Civilization humans, it is the woman that gets to take that role, at least when it comes to heterosexual romance.

  3. What I can't understand is the shoes some women wear. I've heard so many stories about shoes that cause blisters, make your feet bleed! Heck I remember a story about Michele Bachman getting migraines from wearing high heels. If they cause you that much pain, why the hell do you wear them!?

    1. I think there are probably doctoral dissertations out there from feminists, cultural anthropologists, and all sorts of other fields on why that happens.

I know that shoes and feet can be a polarizing topic on its own, with China's feet binding among other sorts of cultural awareness. I mean, a GLASS SLIPPER? I believe in the original, the step sisters had shoes nailed on to their feet with red hot nails and they were forced to dance until they died?

Still I have no idea WHY society still deals with shoes the way they do. As a TG fan though, I definitely dig them though, and the stockings/pantyhose that ladies wear with them!

    2. Oh I don't deny that shoes and stockings can be sexy. Very sexy indeed. But there have to be sexy shoes that are also comfortable. The whole foot binding thing is rather repulsive though. Had not heard that version of Cinderella, very old fashioned, like the bears eating Goldilocks.
