Really? most Bruins fans thought we did it IN SPITE of Kaberle! Doesn't matter though cuz WE WON THE CUP!! LOL

  5. Congratulations -they really deserved it. All my friends jumped on the Canucks bandwagon, so I cleaned up on some bets. Missing hockey already.

Good for you! Hope you get something nice with your earnings. I can wait a little while for hockey to come back. Well, after I possibly go to the parade / rolling rally on Saturday. I hate going to Boston usually, but for this I can probably make an exception!

    @ Alyssa

I had a feeling you were a leafs fan. Hope you enjoy Kessel. I have nothing against him, though he did get us Tyler Seguin plus another 1st round pick next week. Exciting player, but Claude didn't like him because he didn't want to paly defense.

  8. Ya but you also lost a first rounder for kaberle.

Very true about Kaberle. The ironic thing about getting him was that he was supposed to help the power play, yet they were HISTORICALLY bad with the man advantage.

The 1st round pick isn't too bad though, since I think it would be pick number #30. Essentially they swapped picks due to the Kessel trade from before.

  10. I can see why a better team than us would trade away Kessel but we needed first-liner players so I think it was a good trade for both teams in the end. Whatever you think about him he's scored 30+ on some terrible lines. With the Kaberle robbery it worked out about even. x

I think I was misunderstood. I actually LIKE Kessel, but he wouldn't really work hard on defense, so that pissed off Claude. I think the Kessel trade was one sided for the Bruins, and they felt bad so they did the Kaberle trade to balance it out LOL
